how to hurt myself… company that you go… operating system you should use :-(

all this headache just to compile python as a user to run it on an x86 sun server…

    Why didn’t you just use a virtual machine? is it too easy?
    VMware Fusion is able to run Solaris directly over your OSX!

    @Dr.House: I’m talking about my personal laptop… I already have OsX, Ubuntu, and WinXP installed…

    @Riccardo: you are right… but a ddl of the WinXP is damaged and I cannot boot it anymore, and I’d like to replace it with OpenSolaris… well, having OpenSolaris natively on my MacBook is really nerdy! :D

    VMware fusion runs directly in OSX; it’s greatly integrated with your system!

    ahemm… @Riccardo, I’m following your advice, I just screwed up the partition table of the MacBook in order to enable the installer of OpenSolaris… fuck! :-(
