k… I’m getting mad on ImmobilienScout24.de to find a flat I like

even worse, is to make the choise on where to stay… here is a map of Berlin with my points of interest

AREA 1, “Wedding” and “Prenzlauer Berg“, is next to the office and the brother of a very old friend of mine.

AREA 2, “Kreuzberg“, is a poshy expensive one, also cause it has most of the historical places of Berlin

AREA 3, “Tiergarten“, is the university area, to save time travelling might be a good idea to stay there if I want to do evening courses at TU-Berlin …

…and at last but not least… I need a Starbucks on my way to the office 🙂

qua hanno risolto il problema alla fonte… lo stato NON sgancia un quattrino

e’ il cittadino che paga… hai i soldi? ti supporta un’assicurazione privata… non li hai, hai un’assicurazione pubblica _obbligatoria_ , e paghi extra (oltre in base al tuo reddito) un 10€, ogni 4 mesi, solo se ti presenti in ambulatorio (x calmare i vecchietti con la crisi del “mi faccio vedere tanto per…”)

fine! e hanno risolto corruzzione, spreco di soldi, malasanita’, tangenti e quant’altro … FINE

qua le medicine le paghi per intero! un antibiotico: 80€

te le rimborsa la tua assicurazione, sempre che tu non faccia il furbetto, ma a quel punto e’ un’azienda, con degli obiettivi di utile a farti le pulci…
